Just because you can't be heard above the wind doesn't mean you shouldn't scream. Screaming has nothing to do with being heard. A mute scream can open the door to release, whatever that might be. Have you ever screamed quietly? Why? Was it cathartic?

occasionally at the crapper i'll have a silent scream. Some might define the experience as cathartic. I should probably drink more prune juice.
